Kitchen & Dining

Large appliances—Clean the interior and exterior of the stove/oven & hood-range, dishwasher, and microwave
- Please run the oven self-cleaning cycle at least 24 hours before arrival
- Please review additional services for more details
Cabinets—Degrease treatment of interior and exterior, including backsplash
Clean & disinfect all countertops
Clean sink; clean cabinet under-sink interior
Wipe down pantry shelves & scuffs
Complete all room tasks when applicable

All Rooms

Remove all cobwebs
Dust all surfaces: light fixtures, windowsills, baseboards, vents, light switches, doorknobs, blinds, and ceiling fans
- Within 2-step ladder reach with 5 ft duster extender
- Wipe down most dusted surfaces
Polish all stainless steel and wood
Clean all doors & frames, baseboards, and spot-clean walls
Vacuum & deodorize carpets, and mop flooring

Half Bathroom

Clean counters, sink, & wipe out interior/exterior of cabinetry
Clean mirror & light bar
Clean toilet inside & out
Deep clean shower and/or bathtub
Wipe closet shelves and any cabinets
Complete all room tasks when applicable

Main Bathroom

Clean counters and sink
Clean & wipe out interior/exterior cabinets and under the sink
Clean mirror & light bar
Clean toilet inside & out
Complete all room tasks when applicable

Additional Costs

If unable to run oven self-clean cycle and manual deep clean is required — $50
Refrigerator: removal of all glass trays & shelving for washing and replacement after the interior is cleaned — $50
Interior window cleaning with blinds—$7 per window
• Including track cleaning—$9 per window
